Established in 1982, MEPT is an open-end commingled real estate equity fund that invests in a diversified portfolio of institutional-quality real estate assets in the United States. The assets are managed by the executive management team. NewTower Trust Company serves as the trustee and Bentall Kennedy (U.S.) as the real estate investment advisor and investor relations provider to the Fund.
