McCormick Pension Plan

McCormick Pension Plan is a single-employer and defined-benefit corporate pension based in Sparks, Maryland. Established in 1943, the plan covers substantially all U.S. employees of Mccormick and its controlled and affiliated services group, who joined the plan prior to January 1, 2012. Wells Fargo Bank is the trustee of the plan. The assets of the plan are managed and administered by the executive management team.
