Lazard Freres & Cu. Employees' Savings Plan is a single-employer defined contribution corporate pension based in New York, New York. Established in 1982, the plan covers eligible employees and managing directors of Lazard Frres as well as eligible employees and managing directors of adopting affiliates. Additionally, the company previously sponsored a defined contribution profit-sharing plan (the AuPSPAu) that was merged into the plan as a separate source on December 31, 2007. The plan currently offers mutual funds, including a money market fund and a brokerage account feature referred herein as an Individually Directed Fund where the participant can invest in debt or equity securities, money market funds, U.S. government securities or mutual funds. The assets of the plan are managed and governed by an executive management team. Fidelity Management Trust Company serves as the Trustee of the plan.
