Latin American Partners is a private equity and mezzanine fund manager focused on middle-market firms in infrastructure growth sectors. The firm focuses on structure investments attending firms needs with mezzanine, equity, or a combination of both instruments. It invests in firm based in Latin America and the Caribbean region with a focus on Mexico, Central America, the Dominican Republic and Colombia region. It was founded in 2008 and is based in Washington, District of Columbia with offices in Mexico City, Mexico and Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
