Kreissparkasse Koln is a German commercial bank founded in 1923 and based in Cologne, Germany. The bank is a public universal credit institution for private and corporate customers as well as for municipal and institutional customers. It has existed in the legal form of an associated special-purpose savings bank (Zweckverbandssparkasse) since 1923.
