IDB Lab

IDB Lab is an economic development agency based in Washington, District of Columbia. Established in 1993, the agency is the part of Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) group. The fund supports economic growth and poverty reduction in Latin America and the Caribbean by encouraging increased private investment and advancing private sector development. It is the innovation laboratory of the IDB Group, the leading source of development finance and know-how for improving lives in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). The fund promotes development through private sectors and also create opportunities for the poor and vulnerable. The assets of the agency are managed by the executive management team.IDB Lab is currently investing in private equity & natural resources.
