ICG Enterprise Trust

Graphite Enterprise Trust is an equity investur providing shareholders with access to a portfolio of investments in profitable cash generative unquoted companies, primarily in Europe and the US. It invests in companies managed by ICG and other leading private equity managers, directly and through funds. Private equity covers a wide spectrum of investments, from early-stage investment in start-up companies capitalised at less than a1m (venture capital) to acquisitions of larger established companies of all sizes (buyouts). The firm was founded in 1981 and is based in London, England.
