Frontier Communications Pension Plan

Frontier Communications Pension Plan is a single-employer defined-benefit corporate pension based in Norwalk, Connecticut. Established in 1944, the plan provides retirement, death and disability pension benefits to the eligible former and current employees of Frontier Communications and also provides for a pre-retirement death benefit to the spouse of a deceased eligible participant. The assets of the plan are managed by the executive management team. JP Morgan is the trustee of the plan.
