CUNA Mutual Non-Represented Plan Qualified Trust

CUNA Mutual Non-Represented Plan Qualified Trust is a single-employer corporate pension fund based in Madison, Wisconsin. The plan was established for the purpose of holding and investing the assets of the CUNA Mutual Pension Plan for Non-Represented Employees and the CUNA Mutual 401(k) Plan for Non-Represented Employees. The plans cover substantially all full-time employees of MEMBERS Capital Advisors, Filene Institute, and CMFG Life Insurance Company who reside in the United States or its territories, who are employed in a position not covered by the collective bargaining agreement between the Office and Professional Employees International Union, AFL-CIO Local No. 39 and the employers and who have completed one hour of service. The trustee, State Street Bank, and Trust Company hold the Trust's investment assets and executes investment transactions for the trust on behalf of the plans. The assets of the plan are managed and governed by an executive management team.
