CF Capital is a global asset management and advisory firm specializing in real estate, agriculture, equities, commodities and private equity. It manages and maintains a portfolio of investments, with assets under management in North America, Europe and Asia. It manages and advises companies, either as lead investor or as co-investor with major private equity groups. Recent transactions include direct equity investments in agribusiness, industrial equipment manufacturing, housing, hospitality, solar and healthcare. The firm has also with other capital providers to make and realize successful investments in soft-drink bottling, billboard advertising and bottled water. The real estate division spans the globe with investments in North America, Europe and Asia. These investments include farmland, timberland, commercial shopping centers, student housing, recreational and residential properties. It was founded in 1987 and is based in Stamford, Connecticut.
