It also invests in non-traditional assets like in the healthcare industry, the tourism sector through KYS Investments, and property development activities. BIFM provides solutions to investments, asset management, liquidity, alternative investments, savings, and linked products, property asset management, and capital market activities. It is acknowledged as the custodian of Botswana's wealth and a key contributor to the country's economic growth. The firm is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Botswana Insurance Holdings Limited (BIHL).
