Bargreen-Ellingson 401(k) Plan

Bargreen-Ellingson 401(k) Plan is a single-employer defined contribution corporate pension based at Tacoma, Washington. Established in 2004, the plan covers all employees of Bargreen-Ellingson, who have attained the age of 21, completed three months of service by the end of a twelve-month period, and are not covered under a collective bargaining agreement. The administrative and retirement committees are responsible for the administration of the plan. Fidelity Management Trust Company serves as the trustee of the plan.
