The Alaska Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP) is a public pension fund located in Juneau, Alaska. Established in the year 1974, the plan provides retirement benefits to the permanent employee, long-term nonpermanent employee, or elected official of the state of Alaska. The division of retirement and benefits is responsible for deferred compensation plan administration and record-keeping. The Alaska Retirement Management Board (ARMB) is responsible for the specific investment of monies in the plan. The ARMB is the fiduciary of DCP and consists of nine trustees: the Commissioners of the Department of Administration and Revenue
