Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board (Wyoming SLIB) is a sovereign wealth fund based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Established in 1921, the board oversees the state's permanent funds including Permanent Mineral Trust Fund, Common School Permanent Land Fund and five other funds. The board also oversees state operating funds, which by state law invest in only cash and fixed income.
