University of Guelph Endowment

The University of Guelph manages an endowment fund which is based in Guelph, Canada. The earnings from endowment investments support scholarships, chairs, professorships, fellowships, basic research, as well as academic and public service programs. The fund is managed and administrated by the university's board of governors, which is a mix of people from board of trustees and finance committee. Investments related operational responsibility of the university's endowment assets is delegated to the investment management committee by the board of governors.
