It invests in small and medium-sized companies incubated or graduated in incubators and technology parks within the information technology and communication (ICT), energy, sustainability, and creative economy sectors. To access these companies, the fund establishes partnerships with prestigious technology and incubator parks in the country. The Fund was born from the Inova Company program of FINEP and is managed by Antera Gestao de Recursos Ltda. and has Brain Ventures Gestao de Negocios SA as an operating consultant. The firm is based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
