NiSource Retirement Savings Plan

NiSource Retirement Savings Plan is a defined contribution single-employer corporate pension based in Merrillville, Indiana. Established in 1958, the plan provides retirement, pension, death, disability and survival benefits to the employees of NiSource, a company engaged in natural gas transmission, storage, and distribution. The NiSource Benefits Committee has administrative and investment responsibilities with respect to the plan.
