National Electrical Annuity Plan (NEAP) is a multi-employer, defined contribution and money purchase union pension based in Rockville, Maryland. Established in 1973, as a result of a collective bargaining agreement between the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), the plan is designed to provide retirement and disability benefits for eligible participants. The Bank of New York Mellon serves as the trustee of the plan. The assets are managed by the board of trustees.
