Mount Allison University Endowment

Mount Allison University manages an endowment fund which is based in Sackville, Canada. The University's policy is to invest the funds in a way that will protect its purchasing power over the long term, thus ensuring that future generations of students and faculty will receive at least as much benefit from the fund as the current generation, and to provide a stable and significant level of support for the University. The board of regents along with the investment committee makes the financial decisions for the University and regulates the constitution as well as the powers, functions and duties of its executive committee, the senate and other committees and the endowment fund.Mount Allison University Endowment's investment portfolio is valued at $195.89 million, with investments in domestic and international equity, fixed income, private equity, hedge funds and cash.
