The firm provides a wide range of services in the areas of capital raising and advisory, principal loan and investments, investment management, trading, corporate risk management, securities and equities research. It seeks to finance small-cap and mid-market companies through public and private equity capital, expansion capital, debt, corporate restructurings and recapitalization.
