The firm focuses exclusively on making value-added investments in real estate and real estate related assets across the United States. While the firm uses an opportunistic broad-based strategy that targets investments in multiple property sectors and markets, the firm focuses on the value-added sub-strategies of distress, rehabilitation, management turnaround and development. The firm was established in 2011 as a spin-out from Fidelity Real Estate Group, the real estate investment arm from Fidelity Investments.
