London Borough of Bromley Pension Fund

London Borough of Bromley is a public pension fund based in Bromley, United Kingdom. The fund is a contributory defined benefit pension scheme to provide pensions and other benefits for pensionable employees of the Council and of a range of other organizations with scheduled or admitted body status within the fund. It is a part of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). Any decisions on discretionary matters, most of which are prescribed by the regulations, are either taken by officers under delegated authority (generally by the Director of Finance) or referred to the General Purposes and Licensing Committee. The Pensions Investment Subcommittee oversees the investment of the Fund and has a general responsibility to monitor the Fund's financial position.
