Koch Industries Employees' Pension Plan is a single-employer, non-contributory, and defined-benefit corporate pension based in Wichita, Kansas. Established in 1947, the plan provides retirement, pension, survival, and death benefits to the eligible employees of Koch Industries, an American multinational corporation, and certain other companies affiliated with the company. Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee of the plan. The assets of the plan are managed by the executive management team.
