Convergent Ventures comprises a group of companies focused on seed-stage venture capital investment and venture management, in the life sciences, with emphasis on therapeutic pharmaceuticals and biotechnology products. The Convergent Ventures group of companies includes: Convergent Ventures, LLC, a private holding company with interests in new therapeutics and enabling technologies for drug R&D; Convergent Management, Inc., a management and strategy consulting firm; and Convergent Cycling & Performance Products, a marketing & sales management company. Convergent Ventures created Convergent Investors, LLC, a seed-stage venture capital fund (now fully invested).
