Comstock Holding Companies is a diversified real estate development and asset management services company primarily focused on the Washington, D.C. marketplace. Comstock Homes, a wholly owned subsidiary of Comstock, develops residential and mixed-use communities as for-sale communities and as rental properties. Comstock Contracting, also a wholly owned subsidiary, provides a wide range of asset management and real estate development related services to property owners and REO managers. The firm has developed virtually every type of residential property, including single family homes, townhomes, mid-rise and high-rise condominium and apartment buildings, as well as mixed-use (commercial and residential) properties, and community-use buildings.
