Brauvin's investment vehicles include REITs (both publicly registered and privately held), limited liability companies, and partnerships. The Brauvin organization creates investment vehicles for its partners who include institutional investors, opportunity funds, family offices and high net worth individuals. Brauvin has sponsored nine net lease investment funds, of which, six have been fully realized.
