Braddock Capital Management is a Denver-based private capital firm that invests in: Recapitalizations: recapitalizations and refinancings, as a debt and/or equity investor; Existing Debt: controlling interests in corporate and/or real estate debt on the secondary market; 363 Sales: businesses being sold through the 363 sale process of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy; Non-Core Business: non-core businesses being sold out of larger companies; and Leveraged Buyouts: leveraged buyouts and management buyouts as an equity investor.
