Where growth capital or financing for recapitalization is needed, Banyan Ventures facilitates each deal separately with various capital partners and deal structures. Typical investments range from $500,000 to $2,000,000, and deals are sourced directly from business owners, private equity funds who pass on opportunities that are too small for their investment thesis, and angel investors looking for a management partner. In general, the companies Banyan Ventures partners with or acquires are located in or near Salt Lake City with revenues between $500K and $10 million, and are at an inflection point in their development.
