Prudential Capital Group purchases up to $10 billion, annually, of senior and subordinated debt through its global office network (Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Frankfurt, London, Los Angeles, Newark, New York, Paris and San Francisco). Prudential Capital Group manages nearly $62 billion (as of 6/30/12) in outside non-affiliated assets through its Institutional Asset Management unit and three mezzanine funds, Prudential Capital Partners, L.P., Prudential Capital Partners II, L.P. and Prudential Capital Partners III, L.P. The second fund, which is currently making new investments, is a $775 million middle-market fund. Prudential Capital Partners III, L.P. is a $965 million middle-market fund.
