Founded in 2000, Lake Pacific Partners is a private equity investment firm specializing in the food, consumer products, distribution, and business and consumer services. Managing more than $100 million of equity capital, the firm sponsors buyouts, recapitalizations and turnarounds. Lake Pacific targets companies with $25 million to $250 million in sales participating in buyouts, recapitalizations, growth, acquisition and turnaround financings. The firm invests in companies located throughout the U.S. and Canada and considers both public and private companies, but does not invest in start-ups or early stage companies.
