Roger Farah

Roger Farah serves as Chairman & Independent Director at Tiffany. Previously, he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Tory Burch. He also serves as a Board Member at Metro Bank. He is also an Angel investor. Roger is a Former Executive Vice Chairman of Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation. From 1994 to 2000 Roger was Chairman of the Board and CEO of Footlocker Inc. Prior to that he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Macy's Inc, Chairman and CEO of Federated Merchandising Services and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rich's Department Stores. He has also held Executive positions at Saks Fifth Avenue including Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. Roger is also on the Board of Directors of Aetna and Progressive Corporation, and is a member of the Executive Committee for the National Retail Federation.
