Target company characteristics include: Delivering improvements in Quality and Cost; Implementing IT and Medical Technology to create value; Leveraging consumerism's impact on healthcare; Improving companies beset by capital and balance sheet issues; and Pursuing growth in global market ('BRIC' countries particularly). EDG pursues companies with positive earnings and no biotech or FDA development risk. The firm has an additional office in Atlanta.
