Mike Forgash

Mike has spent his entire career in technology with a particular focus in healthcare. Mike has guided several privately held companies in achieving substantial growth and successful exits and was also a co-founder of a venture fund focusing on early-stage technology companies. Prior to the formation of his venture fund, he was an officer and department head for Safeguard Scientifics, helping several of his portfolio companies through the IPO process. Mike began his career with Shared Medical Systems, now Siemens, moving on to other healthcare IT companies over the next decade including Continental Healthcare as President. Most recently, he was CEO and Chairman of Bluenog Holdings. Mike has been a board member of numerous early-stage technology companies and is a past chairman of the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies, a regional venture capital trade association. Mike holds a business degree from Duke University and lives with his wife and two children in the Philadelphia area and is not a fan of Mercer basketball
