Northcreek Mezzanine makes creatively structured mezzanine and senior debt investments in lower middle-market companies. The firm targets companies with revenues between $5 and $150 million. Northcreek will invest in a variety of transactions including leveraged acquisitions, recapitalization, growth/expansion, buyout and balance sheet re-positioning or senior deleveraging. The firm's target investment size ranges from $1 million to $8 million, and it will participate and/or arrange larger mezzanine investments with co-investment partners.Northcreek is a licensed Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) with financial resources of $75 million.
