Kelly Capital is a private equity firm seeking investments in asset-based businesses, real estate properties and debt across the United States. Since inception, the firm and its controlled, affiliate companies have completed over $3 billion in transactions as principal investors. Kelly Capital acts as either principal investor or strategic partner within its investments. The firm does not limit its investment criteria based on transaction size, geography, industry, or public/private status and will consider additional, add-on acquisition candidates of all sizes. Within its company acquisitions group, Kelly Capital prefers enterprise values of up to $300 million, control transactions, and bankrupt companies. Within its debt acquisitions group, Kelly Capital makes individual loans from $100K to $100M, as well as portfolio purchases from $10M to $500M.
