Luis Nogales

Nogales Investors Management is a private equity firm that manages capital for some of the largest institutional investors in the world. The firm is seeking investments ranging from $10 to $40 million in transactions that value businesses from $25 to $250 million across the United States. Transaction types include management buyouts, build-ups, acquisitions, growth financings and recapitalizations. The firm takes a control or non-control ownership position, investing in common stock, preferred stock, or debt-or a combination of all three. Typical company characteristics include: Low technology sectors with opportunities for growth and/or consolidation; and minimum EBITDA of approximately $5 million. Nogales invests in companies from industries including, but not limited to: Aerospace, Business Services, Consumer Products and Services, Food and Beverage, Health Care, Media, Retail and Restaurants, and Specialty Manufacturing.
