Leonid Levit is currently a partner in quantitative hedge fund Craftwood Partners LLC, partner in real estate equity and debt financing firm Limitless Group and managing partner of family office Levit Realty Group. Leonid has avast array of professional experience including work at brokerage firm Cape Securities,long/short equity hedge fund Honne Capital, Morgan Stanley Fund Services, boutique private equity advisory firm PG Advisers LLC, institutional off market real estate brokerage Venture Capital Properties and real estate fund Empire Capital Holdings. While at Honne Capital, his in-depth equity research articles were published multiple times on Forbes.com. During this time, Leonid was also a finalist in the Dow Jones sponsored competition "The Next Great Investing Columnist". During his time at PG Advisers LLC, Leonid worked on sourcing and evaluating deals for the firm, ultimately leading to the discovery of Dipexium Pharmaceuticals which underwent a private capital raise with the firm, ultimately helping to pave the way for the firm to go went public on the NASDAQ under the ticker DPRX. At Venture Capital Properties, Leonid has sourced and underwritten real estate deals ranging from 10 M - 3 B USD, offering full analysis and debt product support to his client base on a wide range of asset types including multifamily,commercial,retail and development properties. While working for Empire Capital Holdings, Leonid has sourced 2 B in deals for the firm. As a partner at Craftwood Partners, Leonid was responsible for raising a significant portion of the firms capital within his first quarter as a partner, and has raised over 100 M in equity for various real estate firms across NYC through his platform Limitless Group.
