Harsha joined Lightspeed India Partners Advisors LLP (LSIP) in 2016 and has 11 years of operating experience focusing specifically on technology and product. Before joining Lightspeed, Harsha was one of the early employees at Olacabs where she was AVP, Product leading a 40-person team and driving design and growth for core products at the firm – ranging from Ola’s customer and driving facing apps, to back-end infrastructure products and Ola’s B2B solution. Harsha was instrumental in taking Ola’s apps to the number one position on both Android and iOS stores and scaling Ola’s user base from a DAU of 6,000 to over half a million in a short span of 8 months. During her time at Ola, the firm scaled from 3000 cab bookings/day to 1 million cab bookings/day and Harsha’s product team played a key role in driving this growth. Prior to Olacabs, Harsha led product for AdNear (now Near) and managed DAU and revenue for two flagship games at Zynga. During her time at INSEAD, Harsha worked with Dell and RIM on their go-to-market strategy and competitive analysis for Asian markets. Harsha is passionate about all things tech and particularly enjoys helping to aggressively scale consumer products. Harsha holds an MBA from INSEAD and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering from Cummins College of Engineering.
