Frank Jarolimek-Proner

Frank Jarulimek-Proner serves as Vice President at MergerTech. He is also an angel investor. He also serves as an Advisor of Revl. He is responsible for managing client engagements and supporting senior bankers throughout the M&A process, as well as performing company and industry analyses. Frank's duties include preparing business development and live transaction presentation materials, interacting with clients and potential clients, valuation analyses, as well as ad hoc financial modeling. Frank has been part of the MergerTech team for two years. Prior to joining MergerTech, Frank worked as an expatriated Senior Consultant in So Paulo, Brazil for Vila Nova Asset Management, a financial investment consultancy focusing on global asset allocation strategies. Frank was responsible for client development as well as providing investment strategy recommendations and portfolio simulations. Before that Frank was part of the start-up team at Hotgrinds.com, an advanced web analytics solution providing opinion mining and sentiment analysis funded by Allen & Company. Frank was primarily responsible for content and marketing while actively participating in defining the platform and its multiple interactive features. Frank studied Political Science at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (sciences-Po) in France and studied International Relations, Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics (LSE) where he received a BSc with Honors.
