Fang Xu

Mr. XU co-founded Everbright ReinFore (“EBRF”) in 2013 and currently chairs the Firm’s Investment Committee. He has over 14 years of private equity and investment banking experience in China. Prior to forming EBRF, Mr. XU was a founding member and served as Executive Director of the China Everbright Holdings (“EBH”) private equity platform from 2003 to 2013, where he, along with the other founders was responsible for many of its most successful investments including China High Speed Transmission (HKEX: 0658) and Beingmate (SHE: 002570). He was also instrumental in the investment in Goldwind Technology (SHE: 002202) and the privatization of Yucheng Technologies. Previously, Mr. XU served as Executive Director with Taiwan Securities, where he led the firm’s China activities. Mr. XU currently serves on the board of directors of numerous EBRF investments.
