Roaring Fork defines orphaned microcaps as public companies with market capitalizations of $140 million or less that have been neglected by the financial community. Roaring Fork will make privately negotiated investments in a portfolio of approximately 15 orphaned public microcap companies. The size of the average investment will be $1.5 to $2.0 million.
