Erik Swan

Erik Swan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Alien Tool & Die. He also is an Angel Investor. He serves as the Board Member at Insight Engines. He is a Co-Founder and serves as Advisor at Splunk. Previously, he served as a Chief Technology Officer since November 2003. He is a Board Member of Tempered Networks. Prior to joining Splunk, he served as Chief Technology Officer at CommerceFlow, an information technology and services company, from January 2001 to October 2003. Previously, Swan served as Vice President of Engineering at Disney Internet Group, a division of The Walt Disney Company, from January 2000 to January 2001. He studied computer science at the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
