Ella Zhang

Ella Zhang is vice president at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers China. She has rich experience in the TMT industry, especially in the e-commerce and advertising sectors. Before joining KPCB China in 2010, Ella was Google key account manager responsible for Google’s top advertising clients, including Taobao, 360Buy, Amazon China, Dangdang and Ctrip. Earlier in her career, Ella was a founding member of C2C platform Paipai.com in Tencent (HKEX:0700). She worked there as a senior marketing manager for 3.5 years. Ella has also been an engineer with UTStarcom(NASDAQ:UTSI). Ella received her bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
