Darin Manning has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience encompassing sourcing/origination, financial underwriting, development, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, entitlement services, financing, and asset management. Mr. Manning was First Vice President of Capital Deployment for ProLogis, where he was acting Project Executive on all development transactions and acquisition activities in the Midwest region of the United States including overall market strategy, analysis and implementation, customer relations and broadening relationships within the brokerage community.. Since 1998, Mr. Manning has developed and acquired over 18 million square feet of commercial space at an aggregate value of over $700 million.
