The firm has closed transactions involving companies with revenues ranging from $25 million to $700 million, and has experience in recapitalization of private companies, acquisition of a division or subsidiary of public companies, consolidation of a fragmented industry by acquisition, and minority and growth capital investments. Carlisle is interested in companies with annual revenues in the range of $10 million to over $1.0 billion. Carlisle will consider both profitable and underperforming businesses, including companies in need of operating or capital restructuring. The firm focuses on private and public companies providing products and services to industrial, commercial and consumer markets. Carlisle is able to provide equity up to $100 million in a single transaction, and more in conjunction with co-investment partners.
