Carolin Wais

Carolin joined Siemens Venture Capital as a Controller and Accountant in February 2015. Currently she is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting, investment controlling and currency management. Prior to joining Siemens Venture Capital, she was enrolled in a dual education system at the Siemens AG and gained experience in various roles including Performance Controlling, Purchasing departments, Sales, Project Execution, Human Resources, Business Unit Controlling and also had the chance to assist the Business Administration team in the Transformer Factory in Guangzhou, China and the Gas Turbine Factory in Berlin. Simultaneously, she studied Business Administration at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg and spent part of her studies in Stockholm, Sweden. Before participating in the dual education system at the Siemens AG, Carolin worked as an intern for Siemens in The Hague, The Netherlands.
