Founded in 2003, Sandpiper Capital Management, LLC invests in private equity, real estate and debt instruments, and a variety of public securities. Sandpiper oversees several different funds: Sandpiper Capital Fund (a closed fund), a fund that invests in real estate and non-real estate private equity, and Sandpiper Capital Total Return Fund, a fund that invests in real estate and non-real estate private equity, as well as private debt and public securities. The firm also oversees several special purpose funds. The firm's investment targets are not limited by geography or industry. For Private Equity transactions, Sandpiper will consider minority or majority investments of generally up to $2 million. For Private Debt Transactions, investment size is generally between $200,000 and $2 million with terms typically ranging from a few months up to 7 years.
