Founded in July 2007, Moelis & Company is an investment bank that provides financial advisory services and capital raising solutions to clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other strategic matters. The firm also manages investment funds that integrate capital with its advisory expertise. The firm's merchant banking division, Moelis Capital Partners, employs a broad investment strategy and makes opportunistic investments across industries, asset classes and geographies. The Partners manage over $700 million of committed private equity capital and a $1.2 billion private equity co-investment program, targeting investments between $25 and $75 million in leading middle market companies.
