Mr. Wang obtained his PhD degree in economics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, master degree in management from Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel, and second master degree in public administration from Illinois Institute of Technology, USA. He has been the former deputy director of the Market Department of China’s Administration of Industry and Commerce; former director of the Futures Goods Department and Policy Research Department of China Securities Regulatory Commission; former deputy director of Chongqing Securities Regulatory Bureau; former director of Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau etc. Mr. Wang has deep insights into Chinese capital market, expert in regulatory policies, corporate governance, M&A, and capital operations. He has helped more than 100 SMEs to realize IPO during his ten years working in Zhejiang Province.
