Opportunities range from restructurings to stand-alone operations to corporate spin-offs. Broe Strategic Capital and its affiliates also invest in distressed debt situations and focus on a wide variety of industries, including Real Estate, Transportation, and Energy. This is done either as a pure investment play or as a means to acquire the underlying assets.
